CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) – Vehicle Damage
Coverage The vehicle’s basic insurance covers damages resulting from a traffic accident.
- In the event of an accident for which the renter is not at fault, there is no financial liability forthe renter.
- In the event of an accident caused by the renter’s fault, the renter’s liability ranges from 1€ to700€, depending on the nature and extent of the damage. Any damage costs exceeding 700€ arecovered by the insurance.
- In the event of vehicle theft, the renter is liable for the first 700€.
For damages caused by animals, parking incidents, unknown third parties (scratches, dents,vandalism, etc.), or any other damage caused by third parties, the renter is liable for an amountranging from 20€ to 500€, depending on the type and extent of the damage.
The renter is required to comply with all traffic laws and regulations, paying particular attention totraffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and STOP signs.
The consumption of alcohol or the use of drugs is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the insurancecoverage becomes void, and the renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or relatedcosts.
F.D.W. (Full Damage Waiver)
The consumption of alcohol, the use of drugs, and participation in speed races or anyform of racing are strictly prohibited. In such cases, the insurance coverage becomesvoid, and the renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or related costs.

Meet & Greet: For arrivals at Rhodes International Airport (Diagoras), a representative from SV Services will meet you at the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name or the company logo.
No Shuttle Required: We aim to have your car parked within walking distance of the terminal to avoid long shuttle bus wait times.
Flight Delays: We monitor flight statuses in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will hold your reservation at no extra cost, provided a flight number was supplied.

Young Drivers Welcome:Drivers aged 18 to 25 are eligible to rent a vehicle, subject to a small additional young driver surcharge.

24/7 Support: With 20+ years on the island, we have an established network of technicians. In the event of a mechanical failure, we provide a replacement vehicle within 2 to 4 hours, depending on your location on the island.
Key Loss: While mechanical breakdowns are covered, the loss of a car key or locking the keys inside the car is subject to a replacement/service fee.

Fair Fuel Policy: Return the car with the same level of fuel as provided (e.g., Half-to-Half).

Off-Roading: While Rhodes has many beautiful spots, driving our 2WD vehicles on non-asphalt roads (off-roading) is strictly prohibited. Damage incurred on such roads is not covered by any insurance.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a reservation cancellation by the customer, the amount paid will be refunded, minus any applicable taxes and fees required by Greek law, as well as any bank transfer charges or transaction fees, provided that the necessary tax documents (receipt or invoice) have already been issued. The cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pick-up time. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the vehicle pick-up, no refund will be provided, as the necessary arrangements and preparations for the delivery of the vehicle to the customer will have already been completed.
