Comprehensive Terms & Conditions

The basic insurance of the vehicle covers damages resulting from an accident. If you are not at fault for the accident, you are not responsible for any costs. However, if the accident is caused by your fault, your liability starts from 1€ and can go up to 700€, depending on the damage. For any damageexceeding 700€, the insurance coverage takes over. In case the car being stolen your liable for the first 700€. It is very important to follow the Highway Code, especially at red lights, pedestrian crossings, and STOP signs. The consumption of alcohol or the use of drugs is strictly prohibited -in such cases, the insurance will not cover you. Finally, the insurance does not cover damage related to the wheels, windows, or the underside of the vehicle, unless it result from a documented accident.

Meet & Greet: For arrivals at Rhodes International Airport (Diagoras), a representative from SV Services will meet you at the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name or the company logo.
No Shuttle Required: We aim to have your car parked within walking distance of the terminal to avoid long shuttle bus wait times.
Flight Delays: We monitor flight statuses in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will hold your reservation at no extra cost, provided a flight number was supplied.

24/7 Support: With 20+ years on the island, we have an established network of technicians. In the event of a mechanical failure, we provide a replacement vehicle within 2 to 4 hours, depending on your location on the island.
Key Loss: While mechanical breakdowns are covered, the loss of a car key or locking the keys inside the car is subject to a replacement/service fee.

Fair Fuel Policy: Return the car with the same level of fuel as provided (e.g., Half-to-Half).

Off-Roading: While Rhodes has many beautiful spots, driving our 2WD vehicles on non-asphalt roads (off-roading) is strictly prohibited. Damage incurred on such roads is not covered by any insurance.
Additional Drivers: One additional driver is often included for free (verify your specific booking), but they must be registered on the contract with a valid license.
